ESB Travel Award
We are pleased to inform you that Ariane Scheuren, a doctoral student at the Institute for Biomechanics, was selected for a 2017 ESB Travel Award from the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB) to attend the 23rd ESB Congress from 2-5 July 2017 in Seville.
ERC Advanced Grant to Ralph Müller
Professor Ralph Müller, Head Laboratory for Bone Biomechanics, has received an Advanced Grant of the European Research Council (ERC) for his MechAGE project. With that grant, the ERC is financing Müller‘s research on in vivo single-cell mechanomics of bone adaptation and regeneration in the aging mouse. The funding is 2.5 Million Euro over the next five years.
