ISBM 2024 Top Abstract Award for Francisco Correia Marques

Congratulations to Francisco Correia Marques, a doctoral candidate at the Institute for Biomechanics, who was awarded with an ISBM 2024 Top Abstract Award from the International Society of Bone Morphometry for his abstract entitled “Multiscale mechanoregulation analysis using super-resolution spatial transcriptomics data and multimodal imaging”.

Awardees include trainees at the graduate student level who submitted top ranking abstracts to the XVIth Congress of the International Society of Bone Morphometry (ISBM 2024) taking place in Toronto from 30 September to 3 October 2024. The award provides complimentary registration to the ISBM meeting (a $595 value) and the presentation with a certificate at the gala award dinner. This award was made possible by funding from the Network for Oral and Bone Health in Montréal (also known as Le Réseau de recherche en santé buccodentaire et osseuse, RSBO).
